Product Application  

This production line is mainly used for PVC, PP.PE and other waterproof materials, the product industry and construction of various roofing waterproof, basement, reservoir, dam, highway tunnel, railway tunnel, shelter, grain depot, garbage plant, waste water treatment and other construction waterproof engineering.

PVC,PP, PE new waterproof material has strong anti-permeability, good waterproof, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, good strength and elongation, and excellent aging resistance characteristics.

Our single-layer and multi-layer co-extrusion line can highly satisfy customer's special requirements. Machine can adopt single extruder or double extruder, equip with horizontal calender，gradient calender，vertical calender based on customer's special requirements of products.

Production Flow 

Feeding→ extruder→ filter (screen changing) → mold → three roller calender →cooling → haul-off → cutting → rewinding→ inspection→ storage
